What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads from interested business owners.
• Deliver visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend suitable accounting and tax solutions based on client needs.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management teams for smooth client transitions.
• Manage client interactions and information within the CRM system.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prior experience in a phone-based, high volume sales environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Collaborative and receptive to coaching.
• Confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.
