What you will do

• Manage all aspects of customer accounts including campaign kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Conduct strategic conversations and maintain account plans for top-tier advertisers.
• Monitor industry and client trends to suggest optimizations and new product opportunities.
• Identify churn risks and coordinate with sales and management to mitigate them.
• Maintain account hygiene through audits, documentation, and regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near New York City, USA
• 2-4 years overall work experience with 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management in online advertising.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with advertising agencies, publishers, ad networks, or demand side platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all management levels.
