What you will do
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 5 Events & MICE BDRs, fostering a high-performance culture with regular coaching and development.
- Own the team's MICE revenue target and pipeline health, reviewing CRM data and forecasting performance.
- Support BDRs on complex accounts by joining client meetings and accelerating stalled deals.
- Maintain direct relationships with strategic accounts, modeling best practices in account development.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and continuously improve outreach frameworks and sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management to support sales efforts and client experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain.
- 4-6 years sales or business development experience in SaaS, travel tech, or travel/hospitality, including 2+ years leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets and hands-on coaching skills.
- Strong B2B solution selling experience with short sales cycles and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gong).
- Fluent English (written and spoken) at professional business standard.
- Legal right to work in Spain.

- Experience with MICE landscape, corporate events, and managed events environments.
- Experience building or scaling a BDR function.
