Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership to gather and prioritize business requirements for operational systems and workflows.
• Design and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce, including configuration, automation, and validation rules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Enablement teams to align system changes and processes.
• Implement governance frameworks and SOPs to maintain Salesforce data hygiene and reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Manage system change requests and support rollout planning and adoption across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the United States
• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Salesforce Administrator certification with hands-on experience in administration and configuration.
• Strong skills in gathering business requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting Sales and Delivery operational workflows and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/technology companies.
