TL;DR

Revenue Operations Lead (AI/Software): Lead strategic operational planning and execution for revenue growth, partnering with GTM leadership to build scalable, data-driven sales and delivery operations. Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to translate growth goals into operational plans including territory design and quota allocation.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance tracking across business units.
  • Design and administer sales incentive and variable compensation programs aligned with company goals.
  • Provide analytical frameworks, dashboards, and insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery to align GTM initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of processes, tools, and reporting standards across the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • Location: Bay Area strongly preferred (Redwood City or San Francisco, CA)
  • 8-12+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at high-growth tech companies.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, capacity modeling, and sales incentive design.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior GTM leaders using data-driven insights.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments balancing strategy and execution.
  • English proficiency: at least B2 level
