What you will do
- Support go-to-market strategy execution through sales operational efficiency and fiscal planning.
- Optimize the sales cycle by proactively identifying and resolving customer journey bottlenecks.
- Manage end-to-end execution of complex projects and non-standard deal processes.
- Partner with systems, enablement, and data teams to design reporting and drive actionable insights.
- Serve as a key thought partner for Elite revenue teams to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Must have at least two years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role.
- Must be a resident of the United States, specifically in Central or Eastern time zones.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing process workflows in a CRM tool.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business trends.
- Experience collaborating effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ systems.
- Prior experience within a global B2B SaaS environment.
