Location: Must be based in the United States (prioritizing Lincoln/Omaha commuting distance or Central/Eastern time zones). Remote candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones are not considered.

Salary: $63,000–$100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Support go-to-market strategy execution through sales operational efficiency and fiscal planning.
  • Optimize the sales cycle by proactively identifying and resolving customer journey bottlenecks.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of complex projects and non-standard deal processes.
  • Partner with systems, enablement, and data teams to design reporting and drive actionable insights.
  • Serve as a key thought partner for Elite revenue teams to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Must have at least two years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role.
  • Must be a resident of the United States, specifically in Central or Eastern time zones.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing process workflows in a CRM tool.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business trends.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ systems.
  • Prior experience within a global B2B SaaS environment.
