What you will do

• Develop deep knowledge of the Montpellier hospitality market to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement territory sales plans based on market research and insights.
• Engage prospects through in-person meetings, presentations, and outreach to convert leads into customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs analysis to onboarding and contract agreements.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data for reporting and forecasting.
• Drive outbound initiatives and participate in industry events to generate qualified leads.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Montpellier, France.
• Proven experience in field and outbound sales, preferably in technology or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and sales development best practices.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
