What you will do

• Coach a team of Field Account Executives to build a customer-first sales experience and showcase the Lightspeed platform.
• Empower the team to generate interest in Lightspeed through prospecting, walk-ins, and customized outreach.
• Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and monitor team activity metrics.
• Manage new business targets for the team and expand the customer base.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
• Experience managing a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants is a plus.
• A passion for being in the field with your team.
• Fluency in French and English.
