What you will do

  • Define and execute the regional business strategy for conquest and growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals and a team leader.
  • Coach team members on value selling, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
  • Spend at least 2 days per week in the field with the team to drive performance.
  • Build and manage the annual budget and sales targets for the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management and sales operations teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably within the restaurant or SaaS industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams to deliver business performance.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Expertise in value selling and sales pitching.
  • Ability to structure and monitor deployment plans.
  • Strong business mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Existing network in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with industry associations.
  • Proven track record in scaling teams and organizational planning.
