What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals in person.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Run in-person product demonstrations to showcase retail solutions.
- Analyze pipeline metrics and take action to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Build new business through networking and events.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team Lead to build a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Marseille, France with physical presence required.
- Relevant experience in field and outbound sales, preferably in technology or solution sales.
- Strong sales development skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to adapt and pivot to meet business needs.
