Account Executive (Fulfillment)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fulfillment): Identifying, convincing, and supporting high-potential brands to integrate hirify.global's logistics solution, managing the full acquisition cycle from qualification to onboarding. Focus on process optimization, inter-team collaboration to improve brand experience, and ensuring timely stock deliveries to the Fulfillment Center.

Location: Paris – At least 4 times a week

What you will do

• Identify, convince, and support high-potential brands to integrate hirify.global's logistics solution.
• Manage the full acquisition cycle, including meetings, pitches, logistics integration, and performance forecasts.
• Optimize fulfillment and sales initiative rollout processes.
• Coordinate with brands for timely stock deliveries and ensure successful first-month experience at the Fulfillment Center.
• Actively participate in cross-team initiatives, collaborating with Logistics, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• Sales experience: demonstrated ability in cold-calling, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
• Comfortable with figures: able to detail cost and margin calculations and present them.
• Resilience: maintains a positive outlook after rejection and believes in hard work.
• Organisation: capable of working on different aspects simultaneously.
• Adaptability: thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
• French: 100% required. English: very good oral and written comprehension, good oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of logistics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• 0–3 years of experience with a strong track record of learning fast and delivering.
