Account Executive (Fulfillment)

Account Executive (Fulfillment): Selling and supporting hirify.global's logistics fulfillment solution for brands on the platform with an accent on full-cycle acquisition, logistics integration, and process optimization. Focus on managing upsell opportunities, coordinating stock deliveries, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the fulfillment experience.

Location: Paris, onsite at least 4 times a week

What you will do

• Identify, convince, and support high-potential brands to adopt the fulfillment logistics solution.
• Manage full-cycle acquisition including meetings, pitches, and onboarding at the fulfillment center.
• Optimize fulfillment and sales processes and contribute to rollout initiatives.
• Coordinate with brands to ensure timely and accurate stock deliveries to the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to improve brand fulfillment experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Paris and work onsite at least 4 times a week
• French: 100% required
• English: very good oral and written comprehension, good oral communication skills
• Sales experience including cold calling, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Comfortable with figures and presenting costs and margins.
• Organized and adaptable to fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.

Nice to have

• Basic logistical knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce, Mixmax, Aircall, Modjo, and Google Suite.
• 0–3 years of experience with a strong learning track record.
