Focus on coaching the team, maintaining investor databases, and collaborating with internal teams to generate leads and improve attendee experience.

What you will do

• Lead the team to identify, recruit, and foster relationships with venture investors for event attendance.
• Collaborate with the Speaker team to source speakers for the Venture stage and event.
• Lead sales initiatives and coach the team in speaking with leading investors.
• Act as a knowledgeable presence in the investor community and create proposals.
• Oversee and maintain an active database of investors in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Growth, f.ounders, Speakers, and Attendee Success teams to generate leads and implement attendee experience strategies.

Requirements

• Personal passion for and knowledge of the investor market, startups, and technology.
• Experience as a people manager and coach.
• Proven track record of delivering on revenue targets and KPIs.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Background in consultancy/finance or experience with startup funding and venture.
• Keen interest in account management and business development.
