What you will do
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and resolving concerns.
- Manage key accounts, develop strategic account plans, and drive retention and growth.
- Research client needs and bundle products to meet requirements, educating clients on new solutions.
- Generate new business within existing relationships through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Retain accounts by negotiating contract renewals and onboarding new clients.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong B2B experience in a consultative or solutions‑focused environment.
- Experience resolving challenging customer situations with customer‑centric solutions.
- Proven ability to manage C‑suite relationships and negotiate high‑value contracts.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior‑level stakeholders.
