What you will do

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product localization.
• Manage and oversee multiple localization projects simultaneously, establishing priorities, timelines, and resources for efficient execution.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of product localization, leveraging tools like TMS and other technologies to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate bug resolution ensuring smooth international client onboarding and overall excellent user experience.
• Proactively develop, document and implement efficient and scalable localization processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managing software localization projects and programs for a SaaS organization.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end software localization projects across multiple languages and regions.
• Great understanding of localization and internationalization issues.
• Experience using CAT tools to manage localization pipeline & workflows.
• TMS (Phrase, XTM), JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Salesforce, Marketo experience.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing and training Machine Translation and LLM solutions.
• Fluency in English in addition to one of the following languages: French, Japanese, German, Dutch, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic or Urdu.
• PM Certification and PowerBI knowledge.
