TL;DR

Contingent Workforce Planning Partner (Fintech): Overseeing the full lifecycle of the extended workforce program with an accent on operational strategy, vendor management, and process optimization. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 USD (based on location zone)

What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the extended workforce program, from budget approval to offboarding.
  • Lead the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) including change management and adoption tracking.
  • Redesign and oversee the Preferred Vendor program, establishing performance metrics and governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data to ensure audit readiness and compliance across global operations.
  • Develop scalable dashboards to provide leaders with insights for workforce planning and cost optimization.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams on workforce considerations during mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in extended workforce management, HR, Finance, or Procurement
  • Proven ability to improve operational processes and implement new tools
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience building data-driven reports
  • Familiarity with HRIS and procurement systems like Workday and Coupa
  • Knowledge of global and regional compliance requirements for contingent labor
