What you will do

• Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners.
• Build credible and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communications and relations.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to quantify people business metrics and outcomes.
• Support performance improvement processes and employee off-boarding activities.
• Advise employees on compensation, benefits, and compliance issues.
• Develop and support culture and values programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience supporting large teams (500+ employees).
• Experience guiding leaders through performance management and knowledge of employment legislation.
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and HR systems such as Workday.
• Experience supporting remote workers in a global software environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
