What you will do
- Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Build credible and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communications and relations.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to quantify people business metrics and outcomes.
- Support performance improvement processes and employee off-boarding activities.
- Advise employees on compensation, benefits, and compliance issues.
- Develop and support culture and values programs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience supporting large teams (500+ employees).
- Experience guiding leaders through performance management and knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and HR systems such as Workday.
- Experience supporting remote workers in a global software environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
