Global Alliance Leader (Databricks): Driving revenue growth by building and executing co-sell motions with Databricks field teams to expand the Data & AI practice with an accent on strategic influence and tactical execution. Focus on scaling joint go-to-market strategies, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and accelerating the adoption of Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and GenAI offerings.

Location: Must be based in the USA (New York City area); role requires regular travel.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a joint market development plan with Databricks to grow the Data & AI practice.
  • Build trusted relationships with Databricks sales executives and partner teams to generate qualified co-sell pipeline.
  • Lead tri-party opportunities involving Databricks, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and internal technical expertise.
  • Embed Databricks solutions into client proposals, POCs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and technology adoption KPIs across all partner engagements.
  • Mentor colleagues and raise the bar on how the organization positions Databricks-powered solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the Databricks ecosystem, including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Mosaic AI/GenAI.
  • Demonstrable track record driving co-sell motions within the Databricks or a major hyperscaler partner ecosystem.
  • Experience closing complex, multi-party Data & AI transformation deals.
  • Strong consultative sales instincts and ability to influence strategy at the C-level.
  • Clear communication skills tailored to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Leadership presence to drive collaboration and set standards for delivery excellence.
