What you will do

• Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute CRM strategies across multiple channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Continuously refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Support CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch-points.
• Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
• Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct ad hoc deep dives for insights.

Requirements

• Location: Buenos Aires with office presence in Madrid
• English: Fluent communication skills required
• Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM in mobile and web environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Proficient in HTML and good copywriting skills.
• Experience in A/B testing, dynamic templates, and data-driven marketing.
