What you will do

• Own the editorial strategy and calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Conduct biweekly sessions with the Founder to extract insights and stories.
• Write and ghostwrite high-engagement posts and video scripts.
• Manage a creative team including videographers, designers, and editors.
• Analyze performance data to iterate on content formats and strategy.
• Ensure all content reinforces the brand as a data-backed authority.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina
• Proven experience building founder-led brands on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on high-engagement hooks.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to ladder content up to brand positioning.
• Comfort working with data, conversion metrics, and statistical concepts.
• High agency and ability to take ownership of content performance.

Nice to have

• B2B or SaaS content experience.
• Knowledge of A/B testing or CRO principles.
• Track record of growing audiences from small to meaningful.
• Video production awareness and understanding of visual storytelling.
