What you will do

• Design vessel-specific automation integrations aligned with corporate standards.
• Maintain structured documentation for engineering and certification processes.
• Define data exchange structures and protocols for robotic platforms.
• Enable seamless integration with digital twin infrastructure.
• Develop verification schemas and example communication flows for distributed systems.
• Support modularization of software components and functionality assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience developing data and processing models.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like microservices and event-driven design.
• Proficiency in real-time communication protocols such as MQTT, DDS, ModBus, CAN, and OPC-UA.
• Understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, IIoT, and distributed control systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with maritime or autonomous systems.
• Knowledge of high-availability systems.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud-based testing environments.
