What you will do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and corrective technical interventions on automated logistics and conveyor systems.
- Resolve shop-floor incidents in coordination with the technical control center and shift management.
- Apply maintenance instructions, technical standards, and SOPs for safe and compliant execution.
- Provide hands-on input for root cause analysis and document technical findings and completed actions.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Spare Parts, Technical Service, and Operations to minimize operational impact.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant shop-floor environment.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical engineering, maintenance, or field service in an industrial or automated logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and corrective technical interventions.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues under time pressure in a shift-based, on-site environment.
- Structured, safety-focused working style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good German language skills are required.
