EXE System Install Engineer (Lithography)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands, with 60–80% travel to customer sites worldwide

What you will do

• Install fully tested and qualified lithography machines at customer sites according to defined sequences and procedures.
• Perform calibrations, system qualification tests, and equipment integration in a cleanroom factory environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, including collaboration with source installation teams to align plasma and light into the scanner.
• Prepare reports, coordinate activities, and escalate technical issues when required.
• Contribute to improvements in lithography machines and installation processes.
• Represent hirify.global professionally at customer sites and support factory integration operations when not travelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field; mechatronics, electronics, or aerospace engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems.
• Knowledge of or experience with electrical wiring and optical fibers.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to safe working practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in Veldhoven and at customer sites, independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical reporting, coordination, and customer-facing escalation management.
• Awareness of cultural differences and experience working in international environments.
