Salary: $168,000 – $252,000

What you will do

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing business analysis team.
• Define and champion BA standards, methodologies, and best practices across the Digital Transformation Office.
• Lead hands-on analysis for complex initiatives, including platform migrations and large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder workshops.
• Drive AI adoption within the BA practice to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Partner with PMO, architecture, and data teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Lexington, MA office (hybrid schedule).
• Extensive experience in business analysis with proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven success leading BA work for large-scale technology transformations such as ERP or CRM implementations.
• Strong expertise in process design, requirements documentation, and cross-functional facilitation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and process modeling software (Miro, Visio).

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth tech environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud).
