What you will do

• Lead business analysis for global AI/ML initiatives across digital commerce, personalization, subscriptions, and publishing operations
• Translate commercial objectives into measurable business requirements
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure product requirements meet business needs
• Influence senior stakeholders through structured analysis and financial reasoning
• Define, execute, and evaluate experiments to drive personalization, revenue growth, and operational improvements
• Map business processes and guide process improvement and automation initiatives
• Mentor team members in AI/ML business analysis and promote responsible data practices

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of business analysis experience in digital commerce, subscriptions, or retail
• Strong skills in decomposing business problems into structured analytical questions and clear requirements
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and data science teams on AI/ML enabled solutions
• Deep understanding of experimentation, measurement, and commercial metrics such as ROI
• Executive-level communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts backed by data
• Location: Must be based on the US West Coast or willing to work remotely from this region
