TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce): Optimizing Lead-to-Order (L2O) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes within Salesforce with an accent on business process design, requirement gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on driving scalable solutions, managing complex functional backlogs, and leading change management initiatives to support global sales operations.

Location: Remote (USA only)

Salary: $125,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead L2O and CLM sales projects by facilitating requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into functional designs.
  • Create solution prototypes and detailed documentation to support system implementation and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Platform departments.
  • Take ownership of functional tasks for Salesforce Sales Cloud, including testing, reporting, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Drive user adoption through strategic change management initiatives.
  • Define and maintain current and future state business process documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 3 years working with Salesforce.
  • Strong expertise in Lead-to-Order processes and sales operations workflows.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements in complex sales environments.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with Agentforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of contract management best practices.
