What you will do

  • Own a targeted list of strategic accounts and execute comprehensive account plans to secure large enterprise deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaborative campaigns with SDRs.
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build senior champions, and negotiate major contracts.
  • Maintain impeccable data quality and accurate forecasts within the company CRM.

Requirements

  • Native in Turkish and fully proficient in English (C1/C2).
  • 6+ years of total B2B sales experience, including at least 2+ years in the Enterprise segment.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing greenfield territories and landing net-new logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships with C-level and senior executives.
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice to have

  • Experience engaging with HR & Learning Development teams.
  • Prior sales experience in the e-learning, HR software, or well-being industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Background in remote and distributed team settings.
