What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts in the Eastern US and Federal sectors.
- Engage with customers 180 days prior to contract expiration to secure timely renewals and multi-year agreements.
- Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, and deal structures to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Address customer objections and provide insights as a trusted advisor throughout the renewal cycle.
- Track renewal performance and provide accurate, timely forecasts to management using reporting tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to align on a cohesive account strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a renewals or sales-focused role with a proven track record.
- Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building long-term customer relationships.
