What you will do
- Define and execute national sales strategies, targets, and operating plans for the Non-Profit Vertical.
- Lead and mentor a large team of managers and directors across enterprise and commercial segments.
- Drive data-driven sales operations utilizing tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Partner with marketing to orchestrate demand programs and achieve rigorous pipeline coverage goals.
- Collaborate with product, professional services, and customer success teams to align solutions with market needs and drive retention.
- Represent the company in the non-profit community through thought leadership and strategic engagement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with at least 8 years in multi-level leadership.
- Deep expertise in non-profit sector dynamics and complex, committee-based buying cycles.
- Proven track record of scaling high-performing, diverse multi-segment sales organizations.
- Strong operational mastery of modern sales stack including Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
- Ability to navigate complex cross-functional relationships with finance, product, and marketing stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the US or UK as the role is remote-based in these regions.
