What you will do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities, including expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including discovery, demos, proof of concept, and negotiations.
  • Articulate the technical and business value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise stacks.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles in commercial or enterprise markets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Exposure to or experience with open-source technology.
