What you will do

  • Spearhead GTM strategies, defining clear product positioning and messaging while orchestrating cross-functional launches.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure roadmap alignment with company narrative and GTM objectives.
  • Empower sales teams through training, competitive analysis, and creation of high-impact collateral to drive revenue.
  • Amplify market awareness by collaborating on thought leadership content, webinars, and public speaking opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Sales, CX, and Evangelists to maintain a unified and compelling company voice.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: Near-native level required
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or 8+ years in related B2B roles (sales enablement, direct marketing).
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales and crafting successful GTM narratives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic work with hands-on tactical execution.
  • Strong presentation skills for webinars, company events, and internal sales training.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer experience (CX) tools or contact center software.
  • Business fluent in German (C2) to support DACH region teams.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, venture-funded B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in data tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Looker.
