Location: Must be based in France, Italy, UK, Spain, or Germany, with regular monthly visits to the Paris office (fully reimbursed). Relocation to France is available for this role.

Salary: €60,000–€75,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain marketing campaign workflows, nurture sequences, and lead routing logic within HubSpot.
  • Manage marketing attribution, tracking standards, and performance dashboards for multi-channel acquisition.
  • Operationalize lifecycle stages for MQLs and PQLs in alignment with revenue team requirements.
  • Support ABM programs by configuring account-level tracking, intent data integration, and engagement scoring.
  • Ensure data quality and conduct regular audits of marketing performance and funnel metrics.
  • Document marketing automation workflows and campaign logic to ensure operational scalability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Demand Gen Ops within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, lists, nurturing, debugging).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, MQL/PQL/SQL definitions, and attribution frameworks.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot tracking, UTM taxonomies, and basic email HTML issues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Must be located in France, Italy, UK, Spain, or Germany (or willing to relocate to France).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Braze or similar B2C lifecycle tools.
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Previous work in environments with both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • Background in Revenue Operations.
