What you will do

• Plan and publish technical content aligned with go-to-market priorities, collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including asset coordination and performance reporting.
• Implement SEO and paid search strategies to drive traffic and growth.
• Build and optimize lead generation assets such as landing pages and email nurture sequences.
• Coordinate community events and engage developer audiences to increase awareness and retention.
• Integrate AI tools into content creation and campaign execution workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany for onsite work
• 1–2 years experience in B2B marketing, content, or growth, preferably in startups or agencies.
• English: C2/native written proficiency required
• Experience with developer or technical audiences and curiosity about technology.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools like Semrush and ability to execute Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Self-directed and organized with ability to work autonomously.
