Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, Netherlands; travel up to 25% throughout the EMEA region, with occasional travel beyond EMEA for company events.

What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements with large enterprise customers and influence solution selection.
• Build customer relationships and support strategic alignment and solution adoption.
• Identify technical challenges, design solutions, and conduct proofs of concept and product demonstrations.
• Advise customers on hirify.global solution capabilities, application security, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Develop content for marketing events and communicate business and industry insights.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and partners on strategic account plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related technical, sales, or industry roles; equivalent degree-based experience is also accepted.
• Experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, systems integration, or related technical roles.
• Knowledge of developer platforms, generative AI in the developer space, source control management, CI/CD, systems architecture, or DevSecOps.
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout EMEA and occasionally beyond the region.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with software modernization and digital transformation.
• Experience orchestrating technical, support, or partner teams.
• Experience identifying implementation blockers and improving customer outcomes.
