Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Milan for hybrid work

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals within the Italian market.
  • Drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and social selling.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect challenges and demonstrate product value.
  • Manage commercial and contractual negotiations through to final signature.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to refine sales strategies and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle outbound sales, ideally within the Italian fintech or SaaS space.
  • Native fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong mastery of multi-channel prospecting techniques, including cold calling.
