What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Italy.
- Engage and qualify prospects in collaboration with the SDR team to manage a healthy pipeline.
- Deliver tailored product demos that translate technical value into solutions for partner goals.
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process using a consultative sales approach.
- Represent the brand at local industry events, fairs, and studio visits to build strong professional networks.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market insights to help refine internal sales processes.
Requirements
- Native Italian language proficiency required.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within SaaS or digital products.
- Proven track record of converting qualified opportunities into new business partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team events and company culture initiatives.
