Specialty Care Navigator (Trauma): Provide telephonic and telehealth screening, assessment, referral, and care coordination for adults and adolescents with PTSD and complex trauma with an accent on trauma treatment models and motivational interviewing. Focus on engaging members in care, coordinating with providers and community resources, and supporting family systems.

Location: Fully remote within the United States, primary shift Monday-Friday, 9-5pm PT

Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 hourly

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic and telehealth screening, brief interventions, and referrals for trauma specialty treatment.
• Apply trauma treatment models and motivational interviewing to support members and families.
• Coordinate care with providers, community resources, and schools.
• Provide consultation on mental health and family issues as needed.
• Document and track member progress using EHR and other systems.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and assist with onboarding new members.

Requirements

• Must have an independent clinical mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience with PTSD and complex trauma in adult and adolescent outpatient or intensive outpatient settings.
• Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and trauma treatment models (e.g., Prolonged Exposure, EMDR).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations and families.
• Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a remote environment.

• Bilingual skills.
• Trauma-specific licensure or certifications.
