TL;DR

Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing a portfolio of restaurant clients by selling and activating TheFork solutions with an accent on revenue growth, client relationship management, and promotional campaign execution. Focus on negotiating commercial terms, supporting restaurants with marketing and revenue management, and ensuring excellent B2C user experience.

Location: Paris, France with hybrid work format including 2 days home office per week and additional remote flexibility during summer and December.

What you will do

  • Grow revenue month over month by selling and activating TheFork solutions for your restaurant portfolio.
  • Act as main contact and build long-term partnerships with restaurants.
  • Support restaurants mainly via email and phone on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define and execute action plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions to improve margins and seat occupancy.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure effective use of TheFork tools.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in France.
  • 3+ years experience in account management or similar commercial role.
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Comfortable with high volume of outbound/inbound calls and managing large account portfolios.
  • Strong results focus with experience working with KPIs and targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Internet or technology sector.
  • Experience pitching and selling promotions or flash sales.
  • Knowledge of revenue management concepts and commercial optimization.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to build trust and develop long-term business relationships.
