TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing and nurturing a portfolio of mid-market clients in the cybersecurity industry with an accent on retention and expansion. Focus on launching the Italian market segment, driving product value, and acting as a trusted cybersecurity partner.

Location: Onsite in Paris, France or be willing to relocate to France.

Salary: €55,000 - €66,000 a year (total package with 80% base salary and 20% on commissions)

What you will do

  • Own the success of a portfolio of ~120 Mid-Market customers with a balanced focus on retention and expansion.
  • Play a key role in launching and structuring the Italian Mid-Market segment.
  • Drive retention at scale by anticipating risks and ensuring customers continuously extract value from the product.
  • Actively identify and drive expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Advise customers on best product usage, helping them unlock additional value as their needs evolve.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support expansion motions and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio and being measured on both retention and expansion outcomes.
  • Native in Italian, and excited to help build and structure a new market.
  • Full professional proficiency in English or in French.
  • Previous experience in a similar function such as Customer Success, Account Management within the tech industry.
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate.
