What you will do

• Prospect and identify new business, primarily through telephone and email, to book software demos.
• Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the best hirify.global solution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) and share market insights.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Outbound experience, cold calling, and lead generation expertise.
• Proven sales closure expertise and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
