What you will do

  • Develop and execute an account-based marketing strategy focused on top-tier accounts to support revenue priorities.
  • Partner with sales leadership and account teams to build and orchestrate coordinated account engagement plans.
  • Design tiered ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions for maximum business impact.
  • Create high-touch, personalized 1:1 engagement strategies, including executive experiences and tailored outreach campaigns.
  • Build scalable ABM playbooks and frameworks for account tiering and program execution.
  • Measure ABM program performance and ROI in partnership with Revenue Operations to drive insights and optimizations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including specific ABM and enterprise marketing roles.
  • Must be located in the continental US.
  • Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring account engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing multiple complex programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to travel for key programs and executive events as needed.
