Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, requiring 2–3 days per week in-office.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design and execute a strategic events calendar including executive roundtables, private dinners, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create events that support relationship-building with key enterprise accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue selection and vendor negotiation to on-site production.
  • Align event messaging with demand generation and content strategies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track and report on event performance, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
  • Ensure all events deliver a premium experience consistent with the enterprise brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, specifically in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience planning high-touch client events for Fortune 500 or global enterprise audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and budgets simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and sales teams.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) events.
  • Prior experience in data and analytics sectors.
