What you will do
- Collaborate closely with sales to identify customer needs and design tailored security solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, including product demos and presentations.
- Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Work with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Develop deep knowledge of products and stay current on security industry trends.
- Create technical marketing materials to support sales efforts and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Medellin metro area, Colombia and able to work remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field with 5+ years sales engineering or security experience.
- Strong expertise in endpoint and network security technologies (AV, EDR, SIEM, firewalls, etc.).
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills, including to C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, sandboxing.
- Programming or scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash.
- Knowledge of virtualization/VDI and large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS.
