What you will do
- Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
- Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points.
- Deliver high-impact, narrative-driven demonstrations that highlight how hirify.global solves specific customer problems.
- Validate technical feasibility and alignment with customer environments, workflows, and architectures.
- Ensure seamless post-sale handoff by documenting finalized solution designs and expectations.
- Provide structured market feedback to the Product team to prioritize functionality and drive sales.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in our London or Dublin office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and REST API development.
- Strong understanding of scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash.

- Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
- Experience with service integrations.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn/apply AI tools to improve efficiency.
