What you will do
- Recruit, engage, and empower partners to achieve regional sales goals.
- Lead and inspire a national team of Channel Account Managers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Solution Consulting teams.
- Develop and execute regional channel strategies and partner business plans.
- Report, track, and forecast channel business performance using Salesforce.
- Conduct effective quarterly business reviews with the team and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within the regional channel ecosystem, including established relationships with key resellers, MSPs, and distributors.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in sales management and team development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex partner relationships.
- Strong business acumen and experience with sales forecasting and reporting tools like Salesforce.
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.
