TL;DR

Director, Americas Channel Sales (SaaS): Leading the channel sales organization across the Americas with an accent on recruiting and empowering partners including resellers, MSPs, and distributors. Focus on building regional strategy, managing high-performing account management teams, and scaling revenue through strategic partner relationships.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote). Up to 50% regional travel required.

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 USD + commission.

What you will do

  • Recruit, engage, and empower partners to achieve regional sales goals.
  • Lead and inspire a national team of Channel Account Managers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Solution Consulting teams.
  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies and partner business plans.
  • Report, track, and forecast channel business performance using Salesforce.
  • Conduct effective quarterly business reviews with the team and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within the regional channel ecosystem, including established relationships with key resellers, MSPs, and distributors.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales management and team development.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex partner relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and experience with sales forecasting and reporting tools like Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.
