What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-functional team of business development leaders, technical partner solutions architects, and partner managers.
• Optimize and expand a broad partner portfolio, including reseller channels, payment processors, and integrated third-party apps.
• Drive new subscription growth and revenue targets through efficient partner channel delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier partners and influence strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Communicate market insights and industry trends to inform internal product and business roadmaps.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or product management within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record in managing senior leaders and building high-performing, collaborative team cultures.
• Strong product sense and comfort with technical concepts including API-based ecosystems.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in fintech, commercial payments, marketplaces, or app ecosystems.
