What you will do
- Develop and implement AWS co-sell strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth.
- Lead joint marketing and sales efforts with AWS, enabling sales teams with training and resources.
- Manage AWS partner and incentive programs to maximize growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales leaders, solution architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Track partnership performance, provide reporting and forecasting to leadership.
- Resolve conflicts and act as primary liaison between hirify.global and AWS.
Requirements
- Must reside within the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
- 7+ years of partnership and sales experience with direct AWS ecosystem involvement.
- Proven success in channel sales, co-selling, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagement.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and measure success.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Experience working in SaaS environments and familiarity with AWS marketplace.
