What you will do

• Define and execute engineering strategy, ensuring alignment between technology investments and business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle and ensure compliance across all engineering activities.
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven development practices to enhance efficiency and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Marketing to resolve cross-functional dependencies and support product-led growth.
• Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a culture of accountability, diversity, and continuous learning.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Engineering executive leadership.
• Experience in SaaS and product-led growth.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Ability to align technical strategies with broader company goals.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be able to support occasional travel within North America and Europe.
