What you will do

• Lead and develop a 70+ person engineering organization including Engineering Managers and Architects.
• Drive organizational and cultural evolution, including AI adoption and empowered team environments.
• Own delivery, architecture, and technical direction ensuring stability and trust.
• Partner with Product and Architects to align roadmap, capacity planning, and technical strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Must have led a 50+ person engineering organization with full accountability for delivery and architecture.
• Software engineering background with deep engagement in architectural discussions.
• Experience driving change such as AI adoption and organizational redesign.
• Leadership with clarity, accountability, and ability to align engineering with business impact.
• Eligibility to work in the EU without limitations is required.
