What you will do

• Act as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to guide hiring managers and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop and manage global and regional talent acquisition projects to secure top-tier market talent.
• Implement diverse multi-sourcing channels and community building including social media outreach.
• Engage with C and E level stakeholders to manage expectations and business requirements.
• Utilize data and modern sourcing techniques to solve daily recruitment challenges and optimize hiring workflows.

Requirements

• University level education or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of recruitment experience in RPO, in-house, or agency environments.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing methods like Boolean and x-ray searches.
• Strong experience managing C and E level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Ability to work within a team environment to support global business goals.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, Pharmaceutical, Sustainability, Cyber Security, or Innovation sectors.
• Ability to speak additional languages.
