What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, marketing, and executive-level positions.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and other niche platforms.
• Enhance employer brand visibility and cultivate relationships with industry influencers and tech leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Optimize recruitment processes using ATS platforms to improve hiring metrics.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience for senior and executive-level applicants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on engineering, product, and leadership hiring.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
• Proven track record of sourcing from niche tech communities.
• Experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong understanding of tech talent markets and compensation structures.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian.
